As an avid sports fan, I know all too well how exciting those up in the air, all stretched out, hair on fire, out of the ordinary shots really are.  Seeing photos of my favorite professional players sprinting for the goal line, jumping over people along the way, or sliding into home plate gives me such enjoyment that I try to capture those same type moments within the sports pictures I take.  I am serious about, and take great pleasure in, capturing a player during that moment in time that would otherwise slip by us without a photo as a reminder of such a rewarding achievement in one’s life.
